Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels. A small, bipolar flux region has emerged close to disk center since the last message and shall be the new target region. The region is currently spotless but may show signs of development over the next 24 hours. Any increase in activity is unlikely at this time.
The approximate position of the target region on 29-Feb-2020 at 14:30 UT is:
S02W02, ( 41", 88" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
