Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a low level. The target region has been numbered as NOAA 12978 with an alpha/H-type configuration. It was the source of a few low C-class flares (including the largest one, a C4.1 at 03/27/23:54 UT). Another region NOAA 12975 (beta/C-type) also produced two ~C1 flares during the period. The leading polarity of the target region is emerging magnetic fluxes. Additional C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12978 on March 28 at 03:30 UT is:
S15E73 (-888", -215")
