Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message, mainly due to the activities from the regions rotated from the East. An M5.1 flare was reported at 01:38 UT today (12/27) from the target region, now registered as NOAA 14323. After this event, bipolar spots emerged from the flared site and currently they appear to become a little settled.
The region rotated from the Northeast limb, which was assigned a number NOAA 14324, started to produce several low-to-mid C class flares starting today. This region appears to be a well-developed region with a size of 120 millionths, currently classified as a beta type. The flares are from the area of following (negative) polarity.
In the next 24 hours, we will continue to observe NOAA 14323, at the site of M5.1 flare, as the default target, expecting additional C to M class events. Attention should also be paid to NOAA 14324 as the source of frequent C class flares.
The position of the target on 27-December-2025 at 17:00 UT is: S09E63 (-861", -145").
