Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. The largest event since the last message was a C6.6 at 06:58 UT on July 22 produced by the target region NOAA 12567. 12567 was also the source of a few high B-class events. 12567 was re-classified as a beta-gamma/ D-type sunspot group but decreasing in spot area and number of spots. It is rotating onto the west limb. Further C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 12567 on July 22 at 17:20 UT is:
N05W62 (832", 43")
