Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at extremely low levels. The visible solar disk remains spotless. No flares occurred in the past 24 hours. The target plage region has completely rotated over the west limb. A new region, now beyond the east limb, will rotate onto the visible disk in the next two days. No notable events are likely in the following 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on February 28 at 14:30 UT is:
S20E90 (-950", -300")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
