Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has decreased to a moderate-to-low level since the last message. The largest event during the period was an M2.9 flare at 15:36 UT yesterday, produced by a northeast limb region (N19E89). The target region, NOAA 14294, produced more than ten C-class flares and two M1.4 flares during the period. Today, we will continue the Major Flare Watch campaign on this region because of its flare history and relatively large sunspot area (~800 μh). A major flare of above M5.0 is still possible in the next 1-2 days.
The position of NOAA 14294 on 30-November-2025 at 08:30 UT is:
S16E59, (-803",-276")
