Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reduced since the last message. A number of flares have been produced since the last message, the largest being a C4.0 from NOAA 14213 at 17:56 UT yesterday. NOAA 14207 has shown signs of decay since the last message and is now classified as a beta-type region. NOAA 14213 has developed quickly in the last few days and shows signs of increased activity. The target region will switch to NOAA 14213 for the next 24 hours. Further C-class activity is anticipated.
The position of NOAA 14213 on 08-September-2025 at 11:30 UT is
S13E08, (-129", -329") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
