Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to quiescent levels with NOAA 12497 now over the western limb. Both it and a new region rotating onto the southeast limb have produced occulted B- and low C-class flares since the last message. Although the magnetic configuration of the region on the southeast limb is unknown at this time, it shall be the new target region. C-level activity possible over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 19-Feb-2016 at 21:31 UT is:
S28E84, ( -852", -442" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Ryan Milligan (NASA/GSFC)
