Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Since the previous message, NOAA 12173 was responsible for low C-class activity but shows signs of further decay. NOAA 12177 has ceased emerging significant new flux but maintains a weak mixed polarity spot in its intermediate portion. Low C-class events are possible with a chance for a high C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12177 on 30-Sep-2014 18:15 UT is:
N11E21, ( -337", 79" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
