Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has dropped to a low level since the last message. The target region has remained highly productive, producing ten low-C flares, the largest of which was a C4.5 at 04:16 UT today. This region has been designated as 14465 and classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group, displaying separation of its main spots as well as the emergence of new spots. Today, NOAA 14465 shall continue to be the target. More C-class flares are expected in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14465 on 9-Jun-2026 at 11:30 UT is:
N11E63 (-827", 178")
