Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been very low since the last message. Yesterday's target, a small emerging region in the East of NOAA 14503 was assigned a number, NOAA 14504. This region produced several B-class events, including a B7.6 at 08:48 UT today(8/8) which was the largest event in the period. There is no other source of flare activities in the last 24 hours.
Today we will continue to observe NOAA 14504, on the East side of the plage at the boundary of the positive and negative polarities. Additional B-class events are expected.
The position of the target on 8-August-2026 at 15:00 UT is: S21E39 (-555", -421").
