Dear Collaborators,
The largest event in the past 24 hours was a C9.5 flare at 06/28/21:17 UT produced by NOAA 14475 (S10W40) which has a beta-gamma/D-type configuration. The most productive region during the period was NOAA 14479 (N16W05, beta/D-type). It produced more than ten C-class flares, the largest one being a C8.7 flare. The target region NOAA 14478 only produced a C2.7 and a C4.2 flares over the past 24 hours, but it is still showing an increased current helicity and retains its beta-gamma-delta/F-type configuration. Today we will continue to watch this region. Further C-class activities are expected from various regions with some chance of an isolated low M-class flare in the next few days.
The position of NOAA 14478 on June 29 at 11:30 UT is: S06E13 (-211", -141")
