Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a low level. The largest event in the period was a B9.3 flare at 6:21 UT today (10/4) produced by NOAA 14546 in the Southwest quadrant. This event is very compact and the region is reducing the area as it approaches the limb.
The target region, NOAA 14545 produced 3 mid-B class events in the period, the largest being a B4.9 at 23:59 UT yesterday. NOAA 14545 maintains its spots surrounded by a larger plage. Today the target continues to be NOAA 14545, at the area of trailing sunspots. The activities of low-C class are expected.
The position of the target in NOAA 14545 on 4-October-2026 at 16:00 UT is: N20E25 (-394", 234").
