Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has decreased to low levels since the last message. The largest event during the period was a C2.2 flare at 08:10 UT today from the target region NOAA 14524 (N12E19). 14524 also produced a few B-class flares during the period and has evolved into a beta-gamma magnetic configuration. Today, we will continue to watch NOAA 14524 as the target region. Further C-class activity is expected, with a slight chance of an isolated low M-class flare in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14524 on September 7 at 11:30 UT is:
N12E19 (-304", 85")
