Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has remained at a low level in the last 24 hours. The largest event during this period was a C2.5 flare at 22:55 UT yesterday, originating from the newly emerged active region NOAA 14507. This region was also the source of a C1.7 plus five mid-B flares. It has been classified as a beta/C-type magnetic configuration. Yesterday’s target, NOAA 14505, has completely rotated out of Earth view. Today, the target shall switch to 14507 from 14505. In addition, NOAA 14508 (N06E63, alpha/H-type) contributed several flares below C1.7. Further B-class activity is expected, with additional low-C flares likely within the coming 24 hours.

N04E36 (-556", -20")
