MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The spotless target region NOAA 2853 is mostly unchanged. It produced only two minor A-class events in the past 24 hour period. Two tiny regions with tiny spots emerged since the last message. They are located at S22W29 and N13E67. Solar flare activity is expected to continue at a very low level for the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2853 on August 11 at 14:00 UT is: N25E31 (Solar X = -444", Solar Y = 316")
