Dear Collaborators,
NOAA 13182 has produced sustained C-level activity since the last message. There was also an occulted M1.2 flare from behind the southeast limb at 08:39 UT today. NOAA 13182 has continued to develop and is now classified as a beta-gamma-delta region due to mixed polarities in the trailing spots. Major Flare Watch shall remain in effect with NOAA 13182 as the target region, but also include the approaching region behind the southeast limb in your field of view as well if possible.
The position of NOAA 13182 on 8-Jan-2023 at 08:30 UT is:
S17E41, ( -613", -238" )
