Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at an extremely low level. The target region has decayed further and a new magnetic flux region is in the process of emerging in the South East quadrant. This region already displays pores in both the leading and trailing polarity fluxes, and becomes the new target region. No X-ray flares have occurred since the last message and no change in flare activity is expected in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 1-Nov-2019 at 14:00 UT is:
S28E30, ( -427", -510" )
