Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has dropped to a mid-B level. The largest event was a B7.4 flare at 02:02 UT today produced by an unnumbered region near the southeast limb. This region also produced two additional mid-B flares, making it the most active area on the disk. Accordingly, today's target shall switch to this limb region, while yesterday’s target, NOAA 14507 (N04E22, beta/D-type), only produced a B5.4 flare at 10:52 UT today. Further B-class activity is expected over the following 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on 13-Aug-2026 11:30 UT is:

S10E85 (-930", -160")
