MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level and is expected to continue at an extremely low level for the next 24 hours. The visible solar disk is currently spotless and plageless. The target will switch to a somewhat active filament located in the northeastern polar zone. The target filament may enter a stronger active phase and disappear during the next 24 hour period.
The position of the filament target on April 29 at 06:00 UT is: N47E27 (Solar X =-296", Y = 741")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
