Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to low levels. NOAA 12738 has been mostly quiescent since the last message, producing only a few B1 flares. The region has reverted to an alpha configuration after its trailing portion has decayed significantly, but it shall remain the target. Slight chance of an isolated low B-class flare over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12738 on 15-Apr-2019 at 13:30 UT is:
N06W27, ( 433", 182" )
