Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to a low level as NOAA 12403 rotates over the southwestern limb. 12403 produced a C2.2 event at 08/31/04:55 UT, which was associated with a weak CME. Occulted C-class activity is likely in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12403 on August 31 at 14:35 UT is:
S15W91 (Solar X = 917", Solar Y = -241")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
