Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains very low. GOES X-ray (1-8A) background stays at a B2 level, the largest event reported in the period was a B5.0 at 14:59 UT today (10/3) from the target region, NOAA 14545.
NOAA 14545 maintains the magnetic complexity of a bata type, with new flux emergence at the area of trailing sunspots. Today we will continue to observe NOAA 14545, expecting low-C class events from the area of trailing spots.
The position of the target in NOAA 14545 on 3-October-2026 at 16:00 UT is: N19E38 (-568", 240").
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org and the newer version https://solmon.dias.ie for images and other information.
