Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reached an intermediate level in the past 24 hours. The largest event was a C9.0 flare at 08:22 UT today from the target region NOAA 14465. This region has retained its high productivity and a beta-gamma/D-type magnetic configuration, with a further emergence of new spots. Today, the target will continue on 14465. In addition, NOAA 14456 (beta/E-type, N18W91) also produced six ~B8-C6 flares before it completely rotated out of Earth-view. Further C-class flares are expected with a chance for an isolated low-M flare in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14465 on 11-Jun-2026 at 11:30 UT is:
N09E33 (-510",140")
