Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level and the visible disk remains spotless. The target filament located in a weak magnetic plage region in the North East quadrant has nearly all but disappeared. However, the region now displays some small scale EUV brightenings and shall remain the target. No significant flare activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on 28-Oct-2018 at 19:00 UT is:
N10E30, ( -482", 245" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
