Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels despite the presence of several large active regions on the visible hemisphere. The target region, NOAA 12109, has continued to increase in size and complexity, and is now classified as a beta-gamma region. Increased activity over the next 24 hours still possible.
The position of NOAA 12109 on 5-Jul-2014 at 15:35 UT is:
S08E40, ( -602", -173" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
