MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Former target NOAA 1313 added several new spots overnight
and has started to produce C-class events. The largest was
a C4.5 at 10/10/14:35 UT. The sunspot group/magnetic class
is currently a D-type/beta. At this time we will switch from
the large suspot near the northeast limb to 1313.
Additional C-class events are possible in the next 24 hour
period.
The position of NOAA 1313 on October 10 at 15:47 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels with NOAA 11313 continuing
to decay. A new, unnumbered active region rotating onto the northeast
limb has been the source of several B-class flares over the past 24
hours, and shall be the new target region. Its magnetic configuration
is uncertain at this time but increased activity is possible.
The approximate position of the target region on 9-Oct-2011 at 12:30 UT is:

Quiet-Sun conditions continue. The target region NOAA 11313 has
remained quiescent since the last message, and may be beginning to
decay. No significant activity expected over the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at low levels with some low C-class flare
emanating from both NOAA 11305 and NOAA 11313 over the past 24 hours.
The target region NOAA 11313 continues to show signs of growth but
retains its beta configuration. Further low-level activity expected
with chance for an isolated intermediate level event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region near the southeast limb has now been designated NOAA
11313 and was the source of several C-class flares since the last
message, including a C9.2 flare at 12:36 UT on 5-Oct-2011. The region
has a simple bipolar configuration and is likely to produce further
C-level activity.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. NOAA 11302, now on the western
limb, was the source of a single C2.3 flare at 00:11 UT today. NOAA
11305 has also remained quiescent. There is a new region encroaching
onto the southeast limb, which has been the source of two low C-class
events, and shall be the new target region. Its magnetic configuration
is uncertain at this time but it has the potential to produce further
C-level activity as it rotates onto the visible hemisphere.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The Sun has been mostly quiescent over the past 24 hours activity,
with NOAA 11302 being the source of a C7.3 flare today at 08:56 UT.
NOAA 11302 and NOAA 11305 have both been downgraded to beta regions
and NOAA 11305 shall remain the target region as it continues to
undergo new flux emergence. Chance for isolated C-level events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains moderate with some renewed activity from
decaying active region NOAA 11302, including an M1.3 flare at 17:19 UT
yesterday. NOAA 11305 has undergone some minor flux emergence and
shall continue to be the target region. Further C-level events likely
with chance for an isolated M-class flare.

The target region NOAA 11305 was the source of an M3.9 flare today at
00:37 UT. The region retains its beta-gamma configuration around a
unipolar sunspot, and remains magnetically tied to NOAA 11302 and NOAA
11306. Further C- and low M level events likely.
