The level of solar activity is moderate. Target region NOAA 13315
grew further in spot area and magnetic complexity since the last
message, now classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type spot group.
This region remained the most flare productive region, being the
source of several C-class flares and the largest magnitude flare
in the period - an M1.0 on 28-May-2023 at 10:21 UT. Additional
C-class flares are expected over the following 24-hour period,
with a good chance for another low M-class flare.

NOAA 13315 continued to be the most flare productive region
on the visible disk, being the source of C-class activity
and the largest magnitude flare in the period - an M1.4 on
26-May-2023 at 22:48 UT. C-class activity is expected in
the next 24 hours, with a chance for another M-class flare.

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is moderate. Target region NOAA 13311
has decayed further since the last message but remains classified
as a beta-gamma/E-type spot group. NOAA 13315 is in a continued
period of magnetic flux emergence and has become the most flare
productive region on the visible disk, producing multiple C-class
flares that includes the largest magnitude flare in the period -
a C3.0 flare on 26-May-2023 at 16:56 UT. At this time we terminate
the MM#003 Major Flare Watch, while the nominal target switches to
NOAA 13315. C-class flares are expected over the following 24-hour
period, with low M-class activity also possible.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate level. Target region NOAA 13311 has
decayed slightly since the last message, losing its magnetic delta
and being classified as a beta-gamma/E-type spot group. NOAA 13311
remained the most flare productive region on the visible disk with
producing multiple C-class flares and an M1.8 flare on 24-May-2023
at 17:04 UT that was the largest magnitude flare in the period. The
MM#003 Major Flare Watch on NOAA 13311 will continue over the next
24 hours because of its own complexity and nearby NOAA 13314 having
emerged flux to form new trailing spots that are opposite polarity
and in close proximity to the leading spots of NOAA 13311. More low
M-class flares are likely in the next 24 hours, with a small chance
for another >M5 flare.

13311 will remain in effect for at least a further 24 hours. More

region maintained a high frequency of C-class flares since the last
message and was also the source of the largest magnitude flare - an
M3.1 on 23-May-2023 at 12:07 UT. We continue with the MM#003 Major
Flare Watch targeting NOAA 13311 for another 24 hours. Additional
low M-class flares are likely in the next 24 hours, with a chance
for another >M5 flare.

Solar activity continues at high levels for the past 24 hours.
The largest event since the last message was an M5.7 at
05/20/14:54 UT produced by the target region NOAA 13311.
13311 also produced another three M-class flares including
an M5.2 at 05/20/22:52 UT. It has been designated as a
beta-gamma-delta/E-type configuration with increasing
the sunspot area and number of spots. Please note that
NOAA 13305 (N12W78, beta/D-type) was the source of
ten C-class flares in the period. Additional low M-class flares
are expected with a chance of another >M5 flare in the next
few days.

Solar activity continues at high levels for the past 24 hours.
The largest event since the last message was an M9.0 at
12:25 UT today from the target region NOAA 13311. This
region was also the source of another 6 M-class (including
an M6.5 and the other being low M-class) flares and it has
been classified as a beta-delta/E-type configuration. 13311
emerged new sunspots and new magnetic fluxes. Today the
Major Flare Watch region shall continue at this region. In
addition, NOAA 13312 (S25E63, beta/C-type) also produced
an M1.1 flare in the period. Further low M-class activities are
expected in the following 24-48 hours, with a good chance
for another above M5 flare.

Solar activity has reached a high level for the past 24 hours.
The largest event since the last message was an M5.4 flare
at 00:41 UT today from the target region, which has been
numbered as NOAA 13311. This region also produced another
5 M-class (M1.1, M3.9, M4.5, M1.6, M2.5) plus multiple C-class
flares and has been classified as a beta/D-type configuration
with a high and increasing current helicity. Today the Major
Flare Watch region shall remain this region, which is likely to
remain flare productive. Further low M-class activities are
expected over the following 24-48 hours, with a chance for
another above M5 flare.
