Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has remained at an intermediate level. The largest event since the last message was a C6.7 flare at 13:10 UT today from the target region NOAA 14435. This region has retained its high productivity and has developed into a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. Today the target shall remain at 14435. Note that NOAA 14438 (N20W51, beta/D-type) also produced six low-C flares. Further C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14435 on 15-May-2026 at 11:30 UT is:
N22W73 (842", 367")
