Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a very low level. The largest event since the last message was a C2.2 flare at 08/30/16:41 UT from the previous target NOAA 14513 (N04W70) that retains a beta/D-type configuration. The target region NOAA 14517, having a beta/E-type sunspot group, was flare quiet during the period. It is rotating over the west limb. Today we will continue to watch this region, for a final 24 hours. If possible, please also include NOAA 14513 in the field of view. Additional C-class activity is expected in the following 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 14517 on August 30 at 19:30 UT is: N09W84 (933", 135")
