Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains very low since the last message. The largest event reported in the period is a B9.1 at 12:14 UT today(10/25) from the following sunspots of NOAA 14560. This region is still undergoing mild flux emergence, having added a new sunspot in the following area.
Besides NOAA 14560, there are three bright regions on the disk; two are plages recently rotated from the NorthEast and SouthEast limb, respectively, the rest is a small region emerged in the SouthWest quadrant. However, none of them is associated with sunspots except tiny pores, no flare activity reported.
Today NOAA 14560 will remain the target. The leading sunspots will begin their limb transits in the next 24 hours. We will observe the East of the following sunspots, expecting high-B to low-C class events.
The position of the target in NOAA 14560 on 25-October-2026 at 16:00 UT is: N14W70 (881", 206").
