Dear All, You might be interested in our recently published paper in Astron. Astrophys. (2015) Volume *573*, id.A4, 7 pp. titled: "*Alfvenic Waves in Polar Spicules* " possibly dealing with the wave aspect of the coronal heating and the fast wind with extremely small loops at the feet.
It is available from http://arxiv.org/abs/1409.7654 or ask me a .pdf copy of the printed variant. After is the abstract:
Best wishes, S.

Hi everyone,
You might be interested in the paper "Key Aspects of Coronal
Heating," which can be downloaded at http://arxiv.org/abs/1410.5660. Major goals of the paper are to point out fruitful areas of future research and to encourage closer collaboration among scientists using different approaches to solve the coronal heating problem.
Best wishes,
Jim
